The Lowdown about me...
Holy 2009, Batman!! Time to get back into the groove. Today is not as tough as I thought it would be. I'm actually happy things are back to normal. After coming back from vacation, I was without Jenna for the last week of '08 and it was strange! I caught myself looking over to her mic to only see NOTHING staring back at me! I hated it!! So it was great to have things back to normal. Jenna showing up late to work this morning... Jenna insulting me live on the air...Jenna digging for dirt on me by sneaking in calls to my mother... Ahhh, back to normal :)
Get ready for President Obamalamadingdong! The big Inaugural bash is 2 weeks off... and Mr. Barack shed a tear or two as he left Chicago for the White House. That story, and a few on the out-going President Bush are below...
We helped so many this holiday season thanks to you. Our November Turkey Drops at Farm Fresh were amazing! Over 250 frozen turkeys donated! Because of you, many needy families enjoyed a great holiday dinner. Keep it going in 2009 by donating to The Foodbank of Southeastern VA. And a big thanks to all who donated blood on Black Friday. Over 250 pints! Our friends at the Red Cross were pleased with the turnout. And the coats are coming in! One Warm Coat helps keep the less fortunate warm during the wintertime. All coats collected will be cleaned by Zoots and sent directly to the Salvation Army.

Ahhh!!! What's a football game without the Miller Girls? A pretty boring party! The Commish of the More Taste League approves. This was at CP Shuckers on Shore Drive...very lively on Sunday afternoons.

With the cool weather now a regular thing for us, it's time to head back to the gym. I still stayed active riding my bike and walking this summer. Now it's time for my indoor routine to kick back in. I know this may sound silly, the skinny bean pole that I am! But I still have a nasty gut! I was looking good there back in May, but staying away from the gym cost me a little bit...the six-pack is gone! Gotta get it back. Sometimes I catch myself being lazy and doing my warmups half-ass!
