GOING BANANAS!

At the market over the weekend I spotted bags of ‘clearance’ bananas for .19 cents a pound! That’s right, 19 cents for bananas because they're ripe, delicious, and perfect for eating. It seemed like SUCH a good deal that before I put the bag in my cart I did a quick ‘guilty look around’ because I felt like I was getting away with something!  Why do you think it is so many people get freaked out when their bananas start to change color or get a little mooshy? My wife is one of those people so she doesn't buy them - but I did!   61 cents for 9 perfectly ripe bananas! So now to save money I’m researching the safety of an ALL BANANA DIET. I’m lovin' the bananas!

Too Good to be True?  Or Too mooshy to be good?
